كلمة " افندم" تثير الفوضى فى قاعة المحاكمة
يبدو اننا سنرى الكثير و الكثير فى جلسات محاكمة مبارك حيث اصبحت الجلسات اكثر سخونه عن سابقها منذ البدء فى الاستماع للشهود و اليوك بدأت الجلسة و قام المستشار احمد رفعت بالتاكد من وجود المتهمين و عندما سئل على مبارك قال مبارك " موجود" و هنا غضب اسر الشهداء و حدثت فوضى فى القاعة و طالبو بان يقول افندم مثل باقى المتهمين فيبدو ان القاضى لم يسمع جيدا مبارك فاعاد السؤال مره اخرى فقال مبارك "موجود " و قال بعدها علاء و جمال " موجود" و لم يلتفت القاضى الى طلب اسر الشهداء و لم يستكمل الجلسة الا عندما ساد الهدوء مره اخرى

امر القاضي ببراءه الشاهد الخامس من تهمه الشهاده الزور كما امر با ستئنا فها غدا واقر باستدعاء المشير وسامي عنان وعمر سليمان من الاحد الي الخميس الاسبوع المقبل مع منع النشر ومنع الاعلاميين من الحضور
